How to Care Elbow, Knee and Ankle
Cucumber and Turmeric Powder
Take 1 pinch of turmeric powder and 1 tea spoon of cucumber juice. Then mix the two ingredients and apply the mixture in your face. After 5 minutes wash with warm water. Regular basis use help you to remove the dark spots.
Almond Oil and Sugar
Take 2 teaspoon of Almond oil and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Mix them and make paste. Use this paste of your knees and elbows. Rub it gently of your knees and elbows. Wash after 15 minutes. Affected areas become soft and bright.
Lemon and Sugar
Take a piece of lemon and mix sugar well in the lemon pieces. Then rub the affected area of the knee, elbow and ankle with lemon pieces. It can be used up to three times a week. Dark spots will be removed permanently.
Vinegar and Yogurt
First mix 2 teaspoons of vinegar and two teaspoons of yogurt and make pack. Then apply dark areas of elbow, ankle and knees. After few minutes when dry wash with warm water. Will return to normal softness and dead cells will be removed.
Cut the lemon in half and gently rub the affected area. Wash after 15 minutes with water. Use every day to reduce black spots.
Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil and lightly massage two minutes. At night before going to sleep and shower in the morning smudge your heel with pumice stone or clinker. At the end of bath apply cream or Vaseline of wet ankle.
After bathing massage with mustard oil, it brings the moisture and keeps balance in your skin and your skin will be fine. Affected areas will be Smooth.
