The reason of difficulty of mixing different types of beauty materials and different types of beauty pack or powder may be a problem for taking one’s skin or hair care. In our busy life it becomes difficult to care our hair, skin and nails. There's no time, so be stopped our beauty care? Not at all. Eating carelessly you can get your necessary nutrients for hair skin and nail’s nutrients of your daily foods.



To keep healthy hair, nails and skin need a balanced diet. Keep balance in daily dietary. Try to keep accurate balance of carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals, and water. Some foods are beneficial for the skin or hair so we don’t take vast amount of those foods similarly we should not take little amount of foods. It is harmful for skin and hair. 

Water holds moisture in the skin, as well as drink extra water is susceptible to kidney problems. So drinking more or less water is harmful than needs. So drink water which amount you need.

* To keep hair strong and healthy eats protein related foods. Hair loss may be due to lack of protein. Want moisture bright skin and beautiful nails you need to eat protein. Fish, meat, eggs, and different types of nuts, milk and foods made from milk are good source of protein.

* Lack of iron can fall hair. Colocasia and other green leafy vegetables, guava, apple, lever, etc. are enriching lot of iron.

* Omega-3 fatty acids help to keep the mind and body’s skin healthy. Fish oil is a good source of omega-3 fatty acids.

* Another necessary element for healthy hair and healthy skin is Vitamin A. Colorful vegetables and fruits have the vitamin A.

* Biotin will help to prevent edge bursting of hair. Almonds, egg’s yolk part, liver, etc. are good source of this component.

* Zinc will help to prevent hair fall. Skin cells also require zinc. You can get zinc in wheat, barley. These types of different crops are enriching with zinc.

* Vitamin C is also an essential ingredient for the skin. You can find lots of vitamin C in Lemon, plum, guava and different types of sour fruits.

* Everyday drinks enough water for the beauty of hair and skin.
